Wow, what a year it has been. Going back through all of my shoots from this year helped me realize just how many people I have crossed paths with. This was my first official year in business. Last year, I was just getting my feet wet, but now I feel more comfortable calling myself a “photographer” without stuttering.
If you have ever been in front of my camera, I hope you know that I wouldn't be where I am right now without you.
Brides, thank you for letting me be a part of the biggest day of your life.
I wanted to say thank you.
Thank you for believing in me.
Last weekend at a party, someone asked me “what do you want to do after high school?” and I replied “I want to photograph awesome people for the rest of my life”. Then I realized, this is my first full year of being a photographer and my last full year of being in high school.
Here's a look at 2011. I put one picture from every shoot I did this year into this post. I definitely didn't anticipate it being quite this long.
Cheers to 2011. Let's make 2012 the year of putting in the work to make big dreams happen.
